Forbidden Planet has a couple of exclusive Batman giclee prints up for sale right now celebrating the dark knight’s 75th anniversary. The prints are by comic artists Jock and Brian Bollard – both are limited edition, signed editions of 200!
Checkout this awesome exhibit over at Warner Brothers Studios celebrating Batman’s 75th anniversary. The show includes a variety of costumes, vehicles, gadgets and props from the Batman movie franchise including six Batsuits (including the original version worn by Michael Keaton)!
E3 debuted yesterday and some pretty cool new game trailers, including new gameplay from upcoming hits like “Batman: Arkham Night”, “Mortal Combat X”, “Halo”, “Battlefield: Hardline” and others. There were also some surprise announcements including Sony TV and the new teaser trailer for “Uncharted: A Theif’s End” – check it out here!
There is a new trailer out for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight game – you can get a few quick shots of gameplay including driving the Batmobile, which while brief looks like it will be a lot of fun – also get a good look at your new nemesis!
Zack Synder, director of the new “Batman Vs. Superman” movie tweeted the first look at the new Batmobile that will be featured in the highly anticipated movie. The shape of the vehicle somewhat resembles the Batmobile featured in the Tim Burton classic Batman starring Michael Keaton. Hopefully the “tomorrow” tease won’t be too long and we’ll get a glimpse at the full vehicle soon.
Today, May 9, 2014, Phantom City Creative will be releasing a limited quantity of artist editions for their “Harlequinade” print based on Batman: The Animated Series. There are 50 copies of the regular AP edition available and 35 of the variant AP edition, priced at $70 and $100 respectively.
